PEB
Pre-engineered buildings (PEBs) evolved as a response to the need for more efficient and costeffective construction methods, particularly in the industrial and commercial sectors. The development and adoption of PEBs can be attributed to several factors such as environmental concerns, cost & time efficiency etc
The construction process of a pre-engineered building typically involves the following steps:
Design & Engineering
The building’s design and engineering are done according to the client’s specifications and local building codes.
Manufacturing
Components such as structural steel frames, roofing and wall panels, and other building elements are manufactured in a factory.
Transportation
These components are transported to the construction site.
Finishing
Interior finishes, electrical and plumbing systems, insulation, and other required features are installed.
Commissioning
The building is tested and commissioned to ensure all systems function as intended.
Assembly
On-site, the components are assembled according to the engineered plans. This usually involves bolting or welding the structural elements together.
At NRE Industries , we have a rich history of successfully executing the above steps end-end in construction of more than 50+ pre-engineered buildings across various industries. We have our in-house digitized/automated machines & systems to manufacture PEB components such as Primary Frames, C&Z Purlins, Roof Panels, etc. Our extensive experience in this specialized field sets us apart and makes us the ideal choice for your next project.
